Jan Yestin Alcalde graduated from Vancouver Career College in 2024, completing his Veterinary Assistant Course. Shortly after, he joined our team at Apex and has been an invaluable part of the hospital ever since.
Yestin has a genuine love and deep respect for animals, which shines through in everything he does. He’s known for his calm and confident handling of patients, making even the most nervous pets feel at ease. His dedication to supporting our veterinarians and ensuring smooth, efficient care for every patient truly sets him apart.
Yestin is proud to share that he has a few dogs back home—Samson, Xander, M, Digong, and Valentine—who have inspired his passion for animal care.
